The wait time was almost zero
The Dr’s are amazing, however the staff is what makes this place incredible and differentiates it from other medical offices. Each staff member (PA Nurse, Ophthalmology Assistant, Admin, Billing, etc) is obviously cross trained where they can be. They have amazing bedside manners, even with a person like myself who is very high maintenance.
Lastly The physicians listen to the patient and take into consideration what they want in conjunction with what is necessary
