Professionalism with the staff throughout. Checkin was fast, a few pictures later and Dr Choi was able to diagnose the problem, did the procedure right then, and I walked out feeling like the problem has been corrected. Dr Choi was direct to the point, explained what happened and displayed what he was seeing in the pictures and explained the procedure to correct the issue. Overall great visit, and I would recommend Retina Specialists to my circle of influence!

The staff including Dr Patel are friendly. Dr Patel does the exam, listens to questions, answers them, then walks you to the check-out. While that is uncommon (for a doctor to walk you to the check-out), I wish he was a little less cut and dry. I’m sure it’s just my expectations: he performed my surgery and all went well and I have no complaints with the service and expertise of Dr Patel and his staff. I do recommend Retina Specialists.

Dr. Torti made me feel at ease in how he explained the condition of my eyes. He was not in a rush as some Dr. seems to be, but spent the time, needed for me to understand my condition. I am so happy to have be referred to him by my primary eye Dr.
