Very normal, Dr on time, always explains to both on what’s going on. Just one time, I had a ‘Real problem’ & they told me to wait for my appointment, they did not help me nor did they seem to care. Sorry

Dr. Patel had to deliver some news to me that was not what I hoped for.
However, he chose to listen and then logically and scientifically respond to my questions.
Therefore, I was able to trust and accept his diagnosis on an intellectual basis.
This empowers me to process the diagnosis on an emotional level and then move forward.
I am grateful that Dr. Patel was my specialist today.
