Everyone I dealt with at Retina Specialists, from the doctors (Dr Patel, Dr Liu, and Dr Reinecke), to the front desk personnel, were amazing. I went to my regular eye doctor because I had blurred vision in one of my eyes. He told me that I needed to see a retina specialist immediately. He called The Retina Specialist at 2pm on Thursday. They said they would stay late to see me. When I got there the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. My doctor was Dr Patel. As it turned out, I had a retina tear with a partial detachment in addition to numerous floaters in one of my eyes. They immediately scheduled me for surgery the next morning. My surgery was performed by Dr Liu who answered all of my questions and was fantastic throughout the whole process. Afterwards, Dr Liu needed to leave for another surgery, so my post-op evaluation was handled by Dr Reinecke who was also phenomenal. He answered all my questions as well as told me what to expect over the coming days and weeks. Overall, all of the members of this group, took a very scary and difficult procedure, and made it very comfortable and easy. I would give everyone I dealt with a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you Retina Specialists!!!

The staff is always very courteous and polite. Dr Patel always explains the results of the scans on my eyes and answers all my questions along with any recommendations. I've been his patient for almost 2 years and cannot complain..if you're looking for a wonderful and trusted retina specialist, I highly recommend Dr Patel along with his staff.
